Installing PDLC glass requires the following professional tools and technologies:
Selection of membrane materials: Select appropriate PDLC membrane materials, and select appropriate membranes according to functionality, appearance and budget.
Preparation of construction environment: ensure that the construction environment is dry and clean, and avoid pollutants such as dust and oil pollution from affecting the adhesion of the membrane. The construction temperature should be kept between 10°C and 30 C.
Precautions during curing period: Follow the requirements of curing period given by the film manufacturer, avoid cleaning the surface of the film with water during the curing period, and try to avoid high temperature and strong sunlight exposure, and avoid forcibly wiping the film surface.
Installation safety requirements: When installing door and window glass, it is forbidden to operate on the upper and lower floors at the same time without isolation protection measures, and the glass taken out but not installed should be placed stably.
