Temperature control: The temperature of runner plays an important role in the final forming quality of float glass. It is necessary for technical operators to control the temperature very strictly. During the production of float glass, they must be meticulous and absolutely follow the temperature instructions.
Automatic control and detection of the furnace: In order to ensure the stability of the furnace thermal system and achieve the purpose of prolonging the service life of the furnace and saving energy and reducing consumption, the following control and detection systems are mainly set in the furnace.
Automatic control of glass level: ensure and prolong the service life of the furnace, and make necessary cooling for some parts of the furnace. Furnace cooling system is divided into air cooling system and water cooling system.
